Summit provides a prescription drug program especially for injured employees through myMatrixx. To locate participating pharmacies in your area, please visit myMatrixx and enter your location. You may also search by pharmacy name, choose a 24-hour location, or choose a distance to locate a pharmacy in your area.

Medications related to on-the-job injuries are covered by workers’ comp. Employers should give an injured employee a completed Workers’ Compensation Temporary Prescription ID Card. This letter allows an in-network pharmacy to dispense a 7-day supply of medications before an official prescription card arrives in the mail. (An injured employee should receive their prescription cards within one week of the date that the injury was reported to Summit).
