Reporting an Accident

If you are injured at work, you should notify your employer immediately. Your employer should report your workers’ comp claim to Summit as soon as possible. To report an injury online or to get more information, click here.

Once Summit has been notified of your injury, you’ll receive an informational packet about your claim. Several of the forms should be signed and returned to Summit immediately. Please carefully review all of the information and give us a call if you have any questions.
