Online Injury Reporting Tool enhancements

Back in March, we debuted our Online Injury Reporting Tool. The benefits to both our customers and our employees were seen right away, as injuries are now entered straight from our website. Since its launch, we’ve been hard at work streamlining and perfecting the system, and now you may notice some changes to the Online Injury Reporting Tool.

Here’s what’s different

  • We’ve made the online injury report process more user-friendly with clearly marked required fields and easier navigation.
  • The order of the requested information on the injury report has changed. Now the date of injury field is right there on the first screen.
  • Some fields in the injury report are now required. This increases our efficiency in assigning claims to the appropriate adjustors.
