Accepted	Your online quote is available. When you view your submission, request an Effective Date Agreement and complete and print your ACORD 130FL.
Active	All submissions are "active" until submitted to underwriting. Active submissions can be updated and changed. NOTE: You will not be considered the agent of record until submitting to underwriting.
EDA	Effective Date Agreement. The submission and effective date have been approved contingent upon the application and down payment being received within the time frame stated on the EDA.
Pending	The web application has been submitted to Underwriting for review. Although the submission did not meet each criterion necessary for an online quote, an underwriter will review the account for eligibility in one of our Summit-managed programs.
Written	Your submission has been accepted and a policy number has been issued.
Declined	Your submission does not meet acceptable criteria and has been declined.
