by Summit-managed workers' compensation programs. These services
are focused on reducing the frequency and severity of workplace
accidents, which directly affect workers' compensation premiums.
A skilled loss-control consultant can help employers identify
potential hazards and offer suggestions to correct problems.

- Safety evaluations/physical survey of work sites
- Audit and review of current safety procedures and programs
- Report of survey findings and written recommendations for corrective actions
- Workplace safety programs: Hands-on assistance, safety education and training materials
and supplies, including any forms or posters that will assist
the company in developing its own program
- Assistance with employer safety meetings
- Claims analysis
- Drug-free workplace program
