When an employer has an employee injured on the job, he wants a responsive workers’ compensation program. Summit acts by contacting the injured employee, the employer and the treating physician. Field adjustors then confirm that the injured worker is getting proper medical attention, compensation or other needed items, and they answer any questions that the injured worker or employer may have. Our responsiveness—prompt claims filing, timely payments and superior customer service—helps get the benefits into the hands of the injured workers…where they belong.
