Online Business Center

To request access to the Online Business Center, click on Log In/Request a Password, then Request Username and Password. Complete and submit the form. Your profile and log-in instructions will be e-mailed to you within two business days.

Summit's Online Business Center is the direct link to your workers' compensation insurance information using the following features.

Active Policies. Use your policy number to view important information about your coverage.

  • Submit policy service requests, such as—
    • Insured address/phone number change
    • Payroll change
    • Addition/deletion of location
    • Request for Letter of Assumption
    • Duplicate copy of policy document(s)
    • Officer exemption status change
  • Print policy information.
  • View your company’s NCCI experience modification factor (mod) worksheet.
  • View and print your company’s new or renewal packet.
  • Print Certificates of Insurance (COIs) or waivers.

Claims Search. View and print your loss history using either a detailed view (current data, monthly data, and data by location) or a summary view by policy period. This keeps you updated on the status of your injured worker and in contact with your Summit claims adjustor.

Safety Information. You can view and print sample drug-free workplace and safety programs, in addition to specific safety material on a variety of topics.

Provider Network Search. Use this tool to identify medical providers in your area, so that you know where to send employees if they’re injured on the job. You can search our network of more than 16,000 doctors and facilities throughout the Southeast.
Available in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
